Jeff Bezos bought the Post in 2013, the same year that John Henry bought the Boston Globe. Credit where it's due: While Bezos has failed spectacularly, Henry has in fact (so far) saved the Globe.*

This is an important point by Max: Journalists' outsized Twitter influence was a big power equalizer with management. Much less so with X's decline.
