On August 11th, 2023, @TheRealMerb told me he didn’t think I was capable of running back-to-back 5:45 miles. And I took that personally!

Last night, I ran a PR of 10:30 for 3000m! I just wish the race was a lap-ish longer so I could’ve proved him wrong.

Starting the year off right 😤

My roommate at CIM gave me tons of awesome advice throughout the weekend.

One of her reminders was the importance of slightly underdoing it to avoid injuries even if you want to train harder.

Media girlie turned marathon girlie for the day! Had a blast racing in the elite field at CIM this morning.
