Cutting pre disaster programming will make disasters worse. Just a reminder that there are no "natural" disasters. The real disaster is caused by human actions or lack of action, even policy.

So AI defined a "blue sky day" as a non-disaster period. The opposite is a "grey sky day." In emergency management terms, this app is appropriately named so that makes X the opposite?
