The parking lot at 21st & Ludlow was just sold by Parkway Corp., per PBJ. Ryan Kalili of Archive Development purchased the property, which previously had plans for a 304-unit apartment tower. It will be interesting how this CMX-4 zoned property will be developed moving forward.
