Philly was recently named the “Best City for Street Art.” And if you’re interested in learning more about this dynamic world, I’d love to invite you to check out my podcast with WHYY called, Art Outside!
The test street art bus times sign by artist Make It Weird is gone from 8th and Wharton Streets. And in its place a new sign including artwork by Badly Drawn Buses and custom mount support by Lac Arts. So exciting to see this project grow and continue to support Philly’s public transit riders!

If you ever find yourself at 30th Street Station with some time to spare, walk a few blocks over to Chestnut Street and check out one of Philly’s most iconic murals. It’s one that’s older than our Mural Arts program itself! (Watch to the end of the video.)

Still thinking about Dave Hannon’s “Julia’s First Interview” installation at the Icebox Project Space. So, instead of recording a voiceover with more information, please just enjoy my friend Aubrie and I’s honest and real-time reaction to this wonderfully bizarre, thought-provoking piece!
