Was having this discussion with a friend, but a lot of all-white friend groups don’t actively seek inclusivity due to convenience. They don’t have to. They may be truly kind allies, but beyond surface level intersectionality (when coached), it goes no deeper. Oftentimes not malicious, but alienating

Innovative 100% doesn't automatically mean better! One of the first things I like to communicate to my team when creating experimental works is that we're *trying* something, but that doesn't guarantee it will be *good*. Instead, I emphasize the value of the process and the joy of creation!

Just getting this out of the way: just because something is pushing the medium doesn't mean it's inherently better, more enjoyable, or even more interesting. I don't want people to conflate innovation with value as I'm saying things. I love AP as it is, too!
