My first Polish Pork Goulash. Absolutely delicious! I had no red peppers so added jarred roasted (one whole one chopped) red peppers. Instead of the flour based I thickened it up with a little cornstarch at the end and Game changer! Looks like a red mountain. 😂⛰️
