Les 3 et 4 mai 2025 ont été un week-end inoubliable pour La promenade de Jane ! Nous sommes très reconnaissants à tous ceux et celles qui ont contribué au succès de La Promenade de Jane Ottawa-Gatineau 2025. Plus de 1 500 personnes ont participé à 48 promenades dans la région de la capitale.

May 3 and 4, 2025 was an unforgettable Jane’s Walk weekend! We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who helped make Jane’s Walk Ottawa-Gatineau a big success in 2025. This year, more than 1,500 people participated in 48 walks across the capital.

Had such a great time leading two walks for @janeswalkottawa.bsky.social this weekend: 1) a re-walk of my Unbuilt Ottawa walk, and 2) my brand new walk MANIFEST DISCREPANCY - Ottawa's complicated history with Americans. Both were big hits, and the weather?!? Mwah! Chef's kiss!

Sunday I joined John Savage's #JanesWalkOtt Rockcliffe Park Indigenous Portage Route bypassing the falls, connecting the Kichi Sibi (Ottawa) river and Rideau River.

I somehow have never been to the Rockcliffe Park gazebo.
