Here's some photons from the Sun that got reflected from a giant ball of rock just in the right position to eventually end up in my driveway photon trap.

This is a "mineral Moon", with more saturated colors showing differences in surface composition.

Here's Jupiter and its satellite Ganymede as I photographed them early this morning with my #Unistellar Odyssey Pro telescope. It's a pretty good capture for this wide-field telescope. #astrophotography

One of the first things you discover during war is that night comes and goes and then sunrise comes and then day comes - drones or no drones, missiles or no missiles

Life goes on

War or no war

How horrifying
How hopeful

Yo, check out this pic from NASA's DISCOVR Spacecraft. It's the Moon passing in front of Earth. Looks kinda trippy, like an asteroid's about to crash into us or something.

Yooooo
We had clouds last night.

Which I was sort of happy about (!) because it meant I got to have a much needed decent night’s sleep because there was no #astrophotography

….. but it’s been a very fruitful week, and I got loads of subject images that I’m
Happy with for my upcoming article.

Whilst doing radio astronomy observations with Murriyang last night, I had Seestar also collecting visible wavelength photons from my backyard.

The red supergiant star Antares, my fav barred-spiral NGC 1365, and revisited NGC 253 as well as Helix Nebula.
