Imagine a UK prime minister, of any party, posting this. About any UK city. Almost any party, that is. Be warned.
Just Trump declaring war on a US city, a normal Saturday

@support.bsky.team Please help! I’m drowning in ‘food’ posts. I like food but …. I’ve tried See Less. Muting feeds. Muting authors. Blocking authors. Nothing works! I think you can do better…

Brit speaking here. Thank you Jamie Raskin for calling out Farage. As for free speech, his party Reform are banning independent media from their events.
Nigel Farage looks uncomfortable as Jamie Raskin uses his opening statement to absolutely demolish him

@support.bsky.team I inadvertently hit the Show More button about food and I’m now drowning in posts about cookies and vegan hash browns. I’ve hit Show Less 1000 times to no avail. Please make it stop …😀

Lucy Connolly was not a hero, nor was she a political prisoner. She is, however, a case study in the psychological disorder of fake victimhood created and manipulated by politicians with a far right agenda. This is what she tweeted:

Meloni invites Trump to Rome. Slightly reminded of that episode of The Sopranos (Commendatori) where Tony and the boys go to Italy to do car smuggling deals and find that the Camorra wipe the floor with them.

A lot of global posters aren’t yet interested in the X to Bluesky migration. Follow them, encourage them!

Love Bluesky. But I find you also need to go to X to see what folks in the wider world think. Like what’s going on in Syria, Gaza …

@alastaircampbell2.bsky.social can you guys get a session with Anne Applebaum? Bill Kristol got there first and you and Rory can give her an even better platform.

If Donald Trump wants to be seen as a Great President (I use capitals advisedly) he needs to reel in his Enforcers. Starting with Musk, whose crippling of USAID is utterly disgraceful. And his VP, who has succeeded in pissing off European allies. As for Hegseth, I guess he was just obeying orders.

So while our Prime Minister is working with European leaders and Trump, the leader of our main opposition party is banging on about tedious culture war issues. Says it all.

A world in which USA does not support its allies will be “rather more dangerous”, John Major warned.

He said democracy is under threat and “tin-pot dictators” would be emboldened if Trump rushes into peace deal that leaves Putin in control of Ukrainian territory.

OMG JD Vance! Thank you for letting us know that Greta Thunberg owns Volvo (and probably much more) and has an office next to the Swedish Prime Minister’s. At least, I assume that must be the case, given your comparison of her lobbying activity with that of Elon Musk … xx
