Match 4 of 2026 Wrexham v Norwich City. A day in the posh seats for a fabulous experience despite the 2-1 defeat.
A wonderful day at the Hospitality Suite at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham for Mr C's birthday. Delicious five course meal, very posh! Lovely atmosphere. Very sadly Wrexham lost against Norwich. Gutted.
Finished the day by having a kick around with Deadpool. 😉

So a few months ago set myself a task, do the Couch to 5k challenge before my birthday. Completed it last night with hours to spare. From feeling shattered running a minute to doing 30 minute runs reasonably comfortable. And amazingly, have enjoyed it....

December 1985 and my first live gig was The Icicle Works in Rhyl as an underaged youngster. 40 years on they are still sounding as magnificent as ever with the hometown crowd in Liverpool singing their hearts out. As pop anthems go Hollow Horse and Love is a Wonderful Colour are amongst the best.
