Shadowrun campaign up and running, and I managed to get a new player into the game - who played SR knows why it's an achievement. We have weekly voicechat games for big runs and "wheneverly" small gigs in writing. Today everyone contracted VITAS while hunting devil rats. Good times.

So the newest Terminator - Dark Fate or whatever - isn't as bad as the internet says, go figure. It's not a masterpiece, but it's not a dumpster fire it's made out to be either.

We're watching "the Triangle" miniseries. This is how I imagine the aftermath of the pitch conversation for the show was like:
"So, witch if the wacky theories about this made up mystery are we going with?"

Kids were watching me playing Dredge, a game about fishing, prehistoric mutated fish and eldritch horrors - naturally the moment they found out that tullimonstrum is a real animal they both lost their minds and demanded a plushie. Joke's on them, they're getting a hallucigenia.

#ColorsOfFinland day 14. Last year, we already had the first snow. For now, it's still relatively warm (6 C) and pleasant. Our neighbors have a magnificent chestnut tree (Aesculus hippocastanum) right next to an equally magnificent oak, and together, they create the nicest leaf arrangements.

The biggest lie THEY ever told was convincing people that tinfoil hats protect from mind control waves. Sure, wear a freaking antenna made from radiowave amplifying materials on your head to "protect" from 5g, right. Y'all should be wearing copper cages on your heads, wake up sheeple!

I recently rediscovered the show Defiance, from which I watched maybe an episode in the past. I'm glad I watched it all now, and have to say that Datak and Stahma Tarr are some of the best written cheeky buggers in the history of cheeky buggers. Show worth watching for these two alone.
