I've really fallen flat again... I think Christmas and periods of downtime really throw me off.
I want to make music or do something but I just feel completely paralysed mentally.
I doubt I will do the stream tonight, nobody will turn up anyway.

I was playing this game 'Keep Driving' last night with my son (early 00s side scrolling slice of life game) and the sound track was amazing, lots of mid west emo inspired songs.

Well, I've just installed Linux Mint on my desktop PC. If all goes according to plan, I won't have to touch MS Windows again in the future.
A few artistic apps I hoped to run through WINE won't install for one reason or other, so I'll have to manage without them for now.

Feeling proud I changed the belts in my Son's Sony tape player 🥰🙌
Certainly felt a bit out of my depth but Sony managed to design something easy enough to disassemble that even I could do it.

I love the idea of it but I'm not overly invested in pushing something that isn't going to work yet. Probably need to wait until I can gather enough interest.

Some more progress with the live stream. It took so long to work out how to sync the audio interface with the GoPro mic but it should all work now.

Today is even quieter, although I plan to change the belts in my boy's tape player so he can use it to finally record his little jams.

Christmas day was absolutely lovely. It was probably one of the most relaxed I've had in a long time.
Got some very cute, femme presents. Cooked a yummy dinner and just chilled with the family.
Bought the boy a trio of volca synths so he can jam in his room instead of my studio 😆
