Been a while since I drew regularly. Life stuff. not enough spoons in the day. And it's been much longer since I finished a comic. Today I decided to start fixing that. I went to a public art challenge to draw a 6 pages comic story with a theme (beginnings) in 12 hrs. I finished in 8hrs. #art #comic

The arrests of journalists Don Lemon and Georgia Fort are a test for every MSM member with a platform. If you are not voicing your outrage at this blatant violation of the First Amendment, you are utterly discredited as a journalist.

You can be arrested for doing journalism, shot for carrying a registered firearm, you aren't guaranteed due process nor is refusing to testify against yourself a safe haven. If arrested you can't count on being safe from cruelty. That's at least 4 amendments down, right?

there will always be someone suffering more than you, and while it is sometimes helpful to remind yourself that you are neither the first person to suffer nor can it never be worse, it is almost never helpful to suggest that someone who's suffering should be quieter just because others also hurt

I've worked out (small, very small workouts mostly) for 16 days this month. Most of them consecutive. Most of it has been calisthenics, body-weight stuff, and I am past the point where the workouts hurt days after. They're becoming slowly easier, and next week I'll step up to harder exercises.

Bovino packing it in is the admin flinching. If they're smart, the next move they'll make is to demobilize ICE in the area, wait a few weeks for the threat of general strike to end, and then pick up somewhere else. They need the energy to bleed out before this breaks containment. Stay mad.
