I just removed quite a bit of dialogue from the Sister's Keeper chapter of Dreadful: Of Wolf and Gods. It literally explains the plot of Scarlet Sheets, which is now the third chapter of this novel.
I hope the improvements in the novel will make it rereading these portions.

Well, finished Return of the King, I think for the first time. I read a chunk of it in high school. Barely made it through the end without bawling in front of my co workers. 😅

I had to add a lot to Dreadful Of Wolf and Gods this weekend to adapt it into a novel rather than a collection of short stories.
Trevor's story needs to have a monumental moment where his motivations begin to be less selfish. Where he had more to accomplish than clicking his bloodlust for revenge.
