I think it is obvious that they do believe in how a true free market can keep profits in check due to competition, so they remove the competition.
Free markets = amazing for true discretionary choice items (sandwich meat).

I don't think this should be stated enough. It looks like the plan is indeed to eliminate healthcare insurance altogether, reducing taxes to a point where they do not have to give American people money and allow banks to give "loans" for healthcare bills.
