As someone with multiple chronic illnesses / disabilities, I'm used to having symptoms flare up.
But it's so frustrating when it happens with no warning at all, especially when I do EVERYTHING I can to help it.
#POTS is a pain in the ass to say the least.

Central heating has been broken for the past week and a bit, so I've been relying on a fan heater & electric blanket (on top of my thermals as I can't regulate my own body temperature thanks to POTs).

I moved for 10 seconds and Mabel immediately took my place 🤣
