Quite frankly it should be all of Europe.
And Europe and S. America should be boycotting the World Cup. Is soccer really more important than the rising fascism, hatred, racism and police brutality happening in the US. Not to mention the constant threat of invading allies.

I know people keep saying this but it’s hard to communicate the depth of active resistance here. Like, I’m on random cafes and people are checking in for observation shifts. Signs everywhere. Folks in visibility vests on the corners. It’s wild. Absolutely wild.

I went to buy a few groceries and other shoppers were going crazy. We're expecting rain/freezing rain this weekend. While I was buying actual food, everyone else was loading up their carts with booze. The produce section was empty except for me and one other person. More veggies for us, I guess. 😄
