Also my #RodeCasterDuo is now recieving distortion on the audio after I encountered it this morning on a loading bar, presumably firmware update? Though I am pretty sure I already had 1.6.8 installed on there. Anyway, it is slow as balls now.. 🤔

Has anybody done much with google/zx? It seems pretty good but just curious about its popularity within my peers.
Bash is great, but sometimes to do something a little more complex, like loop through json objects, it enters into problem town. I could use python, but nodeJS also seems decent.

Security folklore of the morning is that no one should share URLs on Signal because it exposes IP addresses and people should use QR codes instead. Please don’t do this! QR codes are much less secure. If you’re concerned about link security, turn off link previews which you can do in Signal settings

The guys at @clickhouse.com really make it easy to grab data from MySQL and then do what I need to with it! Been tinkering with it this morning; currently waiting on it grabbing all the data from the mysql table, restructure it with some JSON handling, then plonking it in another table for querying.

For 18 months, I had to keep the secret that I didn't just voice The Flying Dutchman in the SpongeBob movie, but I also played him in live-action sequences. The hours it took flew by thanks to superb makeup artists Gage Munster & Marcel Banks who were both so kind AND hilarious. 🤣 Thanks fellas! 🙏

I have gotten so many Binance spam texts recently that I just have deleted my account, I don't trade crypto currency anyway. Getting a text saying "someone added a ledger to your account, if this was not you call <X DODGY NUMBER>" is very sus. I don't need that risk.

I need to learn the real meaning of things like CI/CD and DevOps.. I get what I need to do, but when someone says "I don't see it as a job title, I see it as a way of working" I am just sat there thinking about how that is a lot of words for a guy who writes pipelines and handles the servers

Where is a good place for finding reference images for something like a fantasy animal or character? Eg; I want to doodle a paladin, I don't want to scour Pinterest since that is just all copy/paste, I'd rather first hand links to the artist to allow me to show appreciation

I've been ill for most of the Christmas period and it has sucked 🤧 we just got hit with fevers, aches and pains, the whole bunch. Poor little one has not been able to play with their brand new bike, because it’s just been too cold and they’ve been too sick 🤒
