Actually feel so helpless with regards to #ncfc right now. Why on earth has Manning not been sacked yet? Are the decision makers at our club actually that arrogant that they think we can’t be relegated? Because we absolutely will be with Manning as our head coach.

Knapper has made a terrible mistake in appointing Liam Manning whether he acknowledges himself or not. He might actually be able to save his own job if he actually admits his very obvious error instead of sticking his head in the sand. #ncfc

We are set to go four points behind 20th, five losses in a row, six losses in seven, no win since August, and the only teams we’ve beaten all season are currently 19th and 23rd. Manning has to go tonight, Knapper in the next few weeks. #ncfc

I have been a #ncfc season ticket holder for 21 years. I used to spend every waking hour thinking about them, watching highlights, analysing tables and upcoming fixtures. And I can honestly say that now, for the first time in my life, I couldn’t care less whether they win lose or draw.

For the record, although I’m sad that we lost, we were playing with house money. Absolutely ridiculous that they somehow didn’t beat us two seasons ago. So it doesn’t feel anywhere near as bad as I thought it would. #ncfc

Another truly awful second half. Manning isn’t up to scratch and neither is Knapper. Nunez dancing around the whole time he was on despite contributing nothing makes us feel like both clubs are just taking the piss out of us. #ncfc

We were rubbish in the first half, Manning changed nothing. We immediately conceded, Manning changed nothing. We immediately conceded again, Manning changed nothing. By the time he did anything it was too late. #ncfc

I refuse to be rational about this one. He is our best player. We don’t sell him to them for anything; I’d prefer him to leave in the summer for nothing a million times over. Our midfield now has no creativity and Ipswich’s has gained a ton. Pull yourself together Knapper ffs #ncfc
Understand that #NCFC’s midfielder Marcelino Núñez is set to join #ITFC for a package worth an initial £7.5m+£2.5m in ‘achievable bonuses’. City keen to keep him but he’s rejected two contract offers. Pelle Mattsson set to be his replacement for £2.7m + £300k add-ons.

This isn’t a comment on Manning at all - give him a chance for goodness sake - but I remain convinced sacking Thorup was a bad idea. We scored goals for fun and it turns out sorting out our defence is actually quite difficult. #ncfc

The game was lost in the first half but I thought we were very spirited with ten men. The squad has way more belief than it has for the last several years. Kvistgaarden looks like a player. #ncfc

We literally need at least a new goalkeeper, left back, two new centre backs, at least two new central midfielders, two wide players and two strikers. And possibly a new head coach too but given the above I’m still willing to give him time #ncfc

Isn’t a commonly held belief that when a team suffers a bad defeat in football there is normally a positive response in the next game? Why do Norwich not do that? #ncfc
