Mom's house went on the market today. Fitting that it's today, as my family all loved The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. My mom had spent some of her life in Michigan/Great Lakes area.
It's been a bit of a haunting day for me. Thankful for the friends in my life, wistful for others lost.

I got a call from a company that wants to buy mom's house.
He explained their process, told me because we'd give you a cash offer, there's no realtor fees.
I basically said that they're part of the problem and I'll sell to people who give me a reasonable offer and I'll sell at a reasonable price.
