I’ll be the first to admit to being a filthy #Apple apologist but even I can’t defend the xOS 26 updates. Everything is so buggy and some of the design choices are just plain bad.

some days I’m still in awe at how incredibly powerful modern tech is for creatives.
I get there’s a lot of complex issues around IT these days. but being able to shoot on my DSLR, upload and edit the photos right from my phone-iPad and post them / share them in a few mins is incredible

When I left grad school to take care of my dying father, the expansion of Medicaid allowed me to get medical care (including mental health care for grief, after he passed) during that time. I could not have fulfilled a work requirement. And I was in a better position than most Medicaid recipients.
