I grew up poor AND the only English speaking person in my household so I have known since I was 10 years old that the only way to get something done in this world is to get someone on the phone. yes it's annoying and takes all fucking day and lots of patience but it works. OR IT USED TO.

You'd think it would be simple and easy to download a PDF with your full insurance benefits and coverage on your portal but instead for some reason it's as difficult as humanly possible. I have opened online portals on Kaiser's website today that I didn't even know existed in search for this info.
