I'm not a fan of gimmicks and the whole internal monologue thing didn't really work for me. It's too tell not show, too exposition-heavy, but mostly, I just didn't believe that this is what Shona and David would be thinking. #corrie

I love how, based on that podcast interview, it is so obvious that the writing team think the Becky Swain storyline is utter garbage

Eva’s return to #Corrie in 2025 was top of my Christmas list last year and, credit it where it’s due, her comeback episode really, really delivered tonight
I’m not getting my hopes up but it really did have the perfect mix of what the show should be
Let’s hope it can be sustained in the future 🙏
