My moment of the week was the end credits of Wednesday’s car crash of an episode

Enjoyed this immensely. It was mentioned that Stan was only employed at the yard because he encouraged them to sack Dennis

Ironic that he gets so salty years later when Len and Ray want to push him out to bring back Jerry

I selfishly hope you stick to the 60s, it’s such a #Corrie treasure trove

I’ve been watching #Corrie for more than a quarter of a century and it’s actually astonishing how many episodes I would count among the worst ever have been commissioned under the current production team

One swallow (Eva’s return) doesn’t make a summer and I think it’s actually getting worse

Keep up for good work both. Your coverage has been a lifeline in this media landscape that wilfully ignores our sport 🙏

Any word on the tickets that were put on sale for the Lithuania game at £29.95 across all seats?

I didn’t buy but I’m aware some #BritishBasketball - and I’m sure Lithuania fans - already had

BBF denying knowledge and Ticketmaster page now dead. Very very dodgy

I was about to watch it but then I decided to listen to the latest episode of @corriepodcast.com Classics instead

I just can’t bring myself to face it 😭

No, and the fact you’ve even asked that question in response to my negative view of two badly-written fictional characters is quite telling. You’ve let yourself down there, I’m afraid

I think I’ll stick to my regular #Corrie podcasts in future, basically 👀

I am convinced that the people who genuinely believe that they are enjoying the current dross only do so because they have nothing to compare it to

It’s people who have zero interest in the show’s heritage and culture

It’s the televisual equivalent of being raised on a diet of junk food

#Corrie

In fairness, if Sarah was any character from a Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, she would ABSOLUTELY be Ado Annie

I’m convinced that the producers think the highly vocal Swarla obsessives are more representative of the general audience than they really are.

Praying they kill DS Swain and her brat off soon

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; fast-forwarding through literally every Swarla scene has made watching #Corrie so much more enjoyable for me
