Nurse. Works in primary care 🌈💙 Serial overthinker, fickle beast, prone to whimsy. Opinions my own #MHFA
Found a true crime series called Killer Grannies and I’ve absolutely started watching it 👵🏻☠️

Over on the work WhatsApp, we’ve all been using ChatGPT to make caricatures of ourselves…and they’re pretty accurate 😂

Watching an old episode of The Thin Blue Line. Rowan Atkinson has just referred to a Tampax machine as a “mechanised purveyor of purification dressings” and I think this may be my new favourite description.

Been wiped out by ‘the lurgy’ the last couple of days, which has given me a chance to finally catch up on season 5 🩵

Top tip to stop your nose becoming red and sore when you’ve got the lurgy…apply Savlon every time/every few times you blow 🤧

It’s a bit tedious, but it works.

It’s saying something when the new offering from Ryan Murphy seems relatively ‘normal’ compared to the current state of the world/news…

I am (and feel) clean! The lingering odour of leg ulcers has been replaced with coconut body wash and grapefruit body butter. Time for a Friday night movie 🎥🍿
January 23, 2026 at 7:05 PM
It’s going to take at least 3 showers to wash away the torment of today’s leg ulcer clinic…

42 patients (many of whom are in bilateral compression bandaging) and only 5 members of staff 😩

It may no longer be Christmas, but it’s still the perfect time of year (and weather) for a spooky tale and these Charles Dickens Ghost Stories read by David Suchet are a wonderful listen 📚👻🥰

Received confirmation of funding this week to start asthma training, as respiratory is going to be my ‘big’ specialist area. Hoping it might also lead to becoming a prescriber at some point 🤞🏼
