I told myself imma stop checking in on people who never check in on me. Some people are so quick to say “maybe they have things going on” well so do I and I still make time to initiate a convo. You don’t have to expect yourself from others to recognize lack of reciprocation.
I’m not gonna front it can be frustrating when you try to consistently reach out to friends who seldom try to do the same for you

Debating if the extra money is worth picking up an extra shift on Saturday knowing I’d be working with two of my least favorite people and I’d be giving this job all three days of Valentine’s weekend.
