Went raving again to Homobloc in MCR last Saturday in an outfit too spicy for a rainy December afternoon. Stupidly stayed up for 24h & finally crawled to my pit at 5am having had THE best time ever looking a bit damaged. Thanks Homobloc, thankyou friends!

My fave look: Mutton dressed as sham. Cobalt Studios in Newcastle last night was crazily good. Call Super, the producer, awesome super dooper trooper. He made the bass & boy it was bangin. A set chock full of variety & a real journey. Absolute class. Unexpected PSB track melted my brain.

We need to do much better than we're doing to each other folks. Judging others for not going full medical, not being fem enough, being atypical, daring to speak up about inappropriate behaviour, you name it. Just stop. We should have each other's backs, not be trying to get one over one another.

Finally achieved the 'involved in car accident while presenting F' badge on Wednesday. It's a bit crap tbh. I'm fine - not at fault either but my car's written off. £200 damage in used parts but meh. Time to get something newer.

When you look at the damage from Friday's bar spend & not only was it not the catastrophe you feared, but a £4.75 transaction suddenly reminds you the barmaid gave you discount because "you look FIRE". DAMN. Seriously DAMN!

If Friday night wasn't just the tonic I needed to perk me up I dunno what would be. Met a gorgeous crew who were absolutely amazingly lush & went clubbing at Hidden in Manchester. Went to bed the wrong side of 6.30am. Not a brag, just a statement pointing out how I didn't want it to end.

My sneaky wife only went & booked me tickets to go see the Pet Shop Boys in August. Sneaky! I've wanted to see them live for longer than I can remember but things just never worked out. Until now!

Nerd news. Bought a couple of Bluetooth temperature sensors yesterday mistakenly believing I could just make them work in my HomeAssistant setup. No they don't advertise readings & have to be polled in a very obsfurcated manner. But thanks to somebody else's work & openness I got them working yay!
