A man on TikTok saw Nikalie’s experiment and repeated it, this time with his local crack dealers. Every crack dealer immediately bought a can of formula and gave it to a local mother with a starving baby.
I just asked my disabled pensioner mother what she’d do if a random lady asked for help sourcing formula for her starving baby. Her immediate response was: ‘Go straight to Woolies and buy her a can. No questions asked.’

A lady on TikTok has been calling churches pretending to be a mother with a baby who needs formula and several churches turned her away. But wouldn’t you know that when she called a Mosque (Islamic Center of Charlotte) they immediately said yes.

This year I have received more superfluous and vitriolic complaints from parents than I have in my entire teaching career. All of which were based solely on the word of their children, in direct opposition to readily available evidence and escalated immediately to the principal.
Maybe it's b/c I'm in the profession, but there seems to be more hostility toward teachers now. Teachers used to be respected ppl in the community, but now ppl treat us like the opps. I try my best to be a bridge for parents and students, but it's getting more difficult.
