“Our children are going through a holocaust in Gaza. They won’t survive much longer.”

Hamas held Evyatar David and starved him until he was nothing but skin and bones.

We must bring him and all the 50 hostages back home, NOW!

A Los Angeles car was spotted with “bomb Israel” and rifle bumper stickers.

A call to violence against the world’s only Jewish state shouldn't be a part of your morning commute.

Ms. Rachel, who makes content for toddlers, posted a video to her 3.4 million followers with her “friend,” Palestinian journalist Motaz.

Azaiza has called on his followers to support the “resistance” and celebrated Yahya Sinwar.

Elmo got hacked. What’s Ms. Rachel’s excuse?

The amount of mental gymnastics is crazy.

“There is no file.”
“Obama and Hillary made the file to smear me.”
“Okay but actually there was never a file to begin with.”

The American people strongly disapprove of the GOP’s one big ugly bill.

It turns out that ripping healthcare away from millions of Americans is not that popular.

Imagine a family sues to stop a dangerous chemical plant expansion near their home. They’d be told: “Pay up first.” Even if they’re right, they can’t get the court’s help without cash.

It’s a paywall on justice, shielding government overreach by pricing the public out of court.

Everyday Citizens

Individual citizens, like a whistleblower, disabled veteran, or grieving parent, couldn’t realistically afford a bond in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Nonprofits and Advocacy Groups

Environmental watchdogs often operate on limited budgets. A required bond, even $50,000 or $100,000, could bankrupt them before their case even begins.

- The court must set a bond amount based on the potential cost or harm to the government if it loses.
- Judges are explicitly banned from considering:
- Whether you’re poor
- Whether you’re a nonprofit
- Whether your rights are being violated

Let’s look into the details:

If you want a judge to block a harmful government action, whether it’s cutting off medical access, gutting environmental protections, or violating your civil rights, you’d now have to post a financial bond first.

This would make it nearly impossible for regular people, civil rights groups, or nonprofits to challenge the government. The only ones left with the money to sue? Billionaires and big corporations.

The Senate added a provision that would force anyone trying to block the federal government in court to pay a massive upfront bond, no exceptions, no matter your income. Judges wouldn’t be allowed to lower or waive it, even if someone’s rights are being violated.

Israel identified Hamas terror bases under hospitals in Gaza—backed it with evidence, gave warnings, waited days.

Iran bombs an Israeli hospital with zero proof, zero warning—and only afterward decides it was a military base.

Terror needs no evidence.
Just idiots excusing it.
