I've been doing this since the new year, and it does help. Level II is not sleeping in your room with your phone, and Level III is not touching your phone for the first hour (at least) of the day. Game changers!
Starting banning all screens by 9pm and I am devastated to learn that it's cured my insomnia. Can't believe I suffered for years just so I could watch America's Fattest Celebrity Baby (Korea edition) on Netflix right up until bedtime.
