The finale!! Tactical in a medieval sense, chainmail. 🗡️First one of the month that is using a metallic map as well. ArtStation post compiling the month and my process with corrected versions of the materials dropping soon, stay tuned!

GF made coffee cake and muffins to chose from for this one, went with the muffins for the tray height difference. Ended up pretty time consuming to hand paint the spec map in addition to height. Looks yummy though!

Some Christmas ribbon that we had to dig out of the closet. Hand painted height map + Materialize normal map. Rendered in Marmoset like always!

Made my life more complicated than it needed to be with this one. A combo of 2 images referenced from the backyard layered to create weathered electrical box on bricks.

Every Alchemist has at least several trinket shelves! I assume...
Hand painted height map and normal map from Materialize has been the go-to lately.

First time using alphas so far this month 👀 Lucky that I had an old clear un-scraped palette just waiting for this one!

Cover art done for @gamestribune.bsky.social with the invaluable help from @bethesda.net!
Hope you really like it! It was so metal to do it! :D

Hard to find "gloomy" textures about, decided to go with this door from Knott's Berry Farm (first one not sourced from within my property line) because it seems sufficiently haunted. A simple one to construct, mostly relies on a hand painted height map.

Was in a bit of a rush for this one and was having trouble trying to find something "illuminated" around the house. Looked down as I was thinking only to see my fingers were on something that worked! First time using an emissive for the month so far.

One of my favorite so far! Hand drawn height and spec map, baked simple normal modeled in blender, and an albedo based off an image of 4 tile coasters I have. Rendered in Marmoset like usual.

Probably the quickest one yet, no sculpt required! Was tough to find a material around the house that fit the theme, but I bet fortresses use stucco? 😅

Probably my most time consuming one yet because of the sculpt being made up of a ton of separate rock meshes in Blender for the normal bake 😅
