I imagine Orioles fans might groan if Baz and Eflin are the Orioles major moves in the rotation this offseason, not pursuing Valdez, Suarez any longer, if so that still doesn't make the Orioles good enough to challenge Toronto, Boston, the Yankees in the AL East
