So is Trump's big fleet heading to the Middle East or Greenland? Greenland is the easier plot, just steer a few points to port.

Hey US - can we do a deal? We can pump some hot air and you can ship some snow.

Currently 42.9 C outside. That is 109.2 F for those who use the other scale. I guess that is cool compared to those further West. And I am looking at blizzards in the US feeds.

Only in Oz. The Coalition breaks up (again!) siting unfathomable reasons. Now with the opposition divided, abhorrent laws, that few support, may pass. Is this the result anyone wanted? No winners here, only losses for all the people of Oz.

Littleproud speaking a word salad now on solidarity. So three NP cabinet members were not in solidarity and were forced to resign. So the remaining eight NP members resigned to be in solidarity with the three members who were not in solidarity.
This is confusing. Coalition lettuce anyone.

To sumarise: The USA imposes a base tariff on imports from the world. It is still a level field for world exporters, as no country is advantaged or disadvantaged over their competitors. USA consumers pay an additional 10% tax which assists to reduce the USA overspending debt. Have I got that right?

From The Guardian: "The Coalition MP Colin Boyce says he believes the way to turn voters against renewable energy is to “let Rome burn for a while” and allow power blackouts to occur in major cities."

Do-nothing, as MP Boyce recommends, is right on Coalition message. This is there energy policy.

So if Trump's tariffs make the world more expensive and world production slows as a consequence, because the world buys less - isn't that good for the climate? Less stuff being produced means less greenhouse gasses being produced too. Trump may be the saviour of the world!!
