Oh goodie - Monday. Time to dust off the wrecking ball and start ruining my workplace for the week. Ladies, any other ideas about what we should ruin? I've got a couple ideas...

Weak AF dems. And everyone knows what I am talking about. It's like Negotiating 101. Know your opposition's likely tactics and be prepared. And don't take a position you won't defend, because you lose bargaining power and credibility down the line. I swear you are trying to lose the 2026 election.

This time, the culprit is the former Oklahoma Superintendant and State Education Board. They stripped our client, Summer Boismier, of her teaching license for sharing a QR code for the Brooklyn Libraries. But Summer is a civil rights and 1st Amendment fighter, and I am honored to be by her side.

October 21st, I had my first arguments before the Colorado Supreme Court. My client, Mary Moreno, was fired by Circle K for pushing an armed burgler away. Circle K argued that at-will employment is so strong companies are entitled to fire employees even if they acted in self-defense. We disagreed.

Nothing says more about how greed has corrupted our economic policies and politics than a Musk trillionare. Shows the utter failure of our officials, and the Supreme Court with Citizens United, McCutcheon. Meanwhile, 42 million Americans face hunger bc Reps want to jack up healthcare premiums.

This administration "allegedly" can't find any money during the governmeng shut-down to help feed millions of American kids, but somehow can find plenty of money to have ICE agents chase kids down, incarcerate, and deport them. Colorado, don't let's not have a repeat of Nov. 5 of last year-go vote.

In the spirit of Halloween - Don't Ghost the Vote! Boo-ing is not enough, protesting is not enough. Get out there Dems and vote, vote, vote! It's a lovely weekend for early voting. Election Day is Tuesday (Nov. 4). Don't be a scardy cat - vote now!

I way over bought candy this year (again)! Did no one else have parents run out of candy when you were young and drive around looking for you while you were trick-or-treating because they needed refills? I am scarred for life and will never stop buying too much 😅! Happy Halloween Everyone 🍬🍬🍬!!!
November 1, 2025 at 2:37 AM
While I hope all are having a nice Halloween, I thought this was so messed up. Deporting kids who are trick-or-treating is completely f*cked up. What is wrong with people? Next they'll dress up as Santa and have ICE steal kiddies off their laps for Christmas.

Congratulations to my inspiring colleagues Ciara, Crist, and Omeed, with the help of Siddhartha and Dylan for this astounding result. Our clients should not have suffered through this trauma, but the jury heard them. Their pain and accountability matter.

Proud of this result for our client, Terri Lesley. Shecwas fired overctwo years ago. But the amazing community in her hometown of Gillette, Wyoming stood by her. Equality and the First Amendment are not a red/blue or conservative/liberal issue. They are shared values across our great nation.
