Denverite. Loving twin. Sound like I'm irritated even though it is just me trying to comply with the character limit. Socially liberal. Economically progressive. Have a heart.
The talking points for deregulation are so obvious by now, after 45 years: personal responsibility!

I doubt it, unfortunately.

Well, thank you @anandwrites.bsky.social for being so on point once again.

Conversely, you can be critical of the country's conduct and not be an antisemite.

I am not sure why people don't understand the difference between support of the conduct of the political nation state of Israel and broad antisemitism cannot reside in the same person. Every single time I hear, like, Ted Cruz open his mouth, it's there. The right-wing is so antisemitic it hurts.

Lol. I went to the news thinking some election results came in, or something. Waaaaaaay off.

Well that is how a cult follower exits the cult. You're in or you are out. She's not even going to pick up a pension (thank god) because she won't ride it out to 2026.

Putin's efforts will have worked twice now, not one time. Let us not forget Crimea.

There will be a third attempt. Likely Odesa to further control the Black Sea.

This was actually a very sweet movie.

"I'm a homicidal maniac. They look just like everyone else."

She's just after media fame. There has never been a moral compass in #MAGAland. It is always just about how many eyeballs and how many dollars one can get.
CNN: In the last couple of weeks or so, she's become kind of an ally on some issues. What do you make of this?

Auchincloss: No, John, she hasn't.

I remember that and I was 14. It was just nasty looking at news (with Dan Rather) every night about it. Still, it is so disheartening.
November 22, 2025 at 5:08 PM
Nope. Get in line.

Seems promising!

I know. But it somehow reminds me of Bill Clinton's crime bill, when the one item Newt Gingrich and the Southern Democrats really went after was some funding for a couple basketball recreation programs. *That* is what they were not ok with in that entire destructive bill.
November 22, 2025 at 4:44 PM
The article is kind of sad since it is about a Black community center and a 19-person White local board where not a single one of the members cared to defend it's funding. Really? It's a community center.

Those were some awesome lyrics! Who is this musician?

I am very musically outdated, so he's probably the biggest thing on stage right now but I wouldn't know.

Well yes. That would be an excellent takeaway, Laura. Democrats should take note of it as well.

Can we please return to an era where antitrust laws made sense and everyone actually wanted them enforced?

This is so, so mind boggling. You know how the saying goes: a broken clock... talks about one's fave... Queens restaurant?
