Today I have decided to publish the source code to **Purplecord**, my attempt to write a Discord client for iOS 3, based on the 1.5 years' worth of work on Discord Messenger.

The first release was also added today.

Fuck you people. Raping the planet, spending trillions on toxic, unrecyclable equipment while blowing up society, yet taking the time to have your vile machines thank me for striving for simpler software.

Just fuck you. Fuck you all.

I can't remember the last time I was this angry.

Do you think I can pull off a port to armv6 of my operating system (Boron) by New Years'?

I need just enough for the Fireworks Demo to run on my iPad OR iPhone 3G. OpeniBoot should be able to help me with this task. Or ramdisk booting.

The video game industry is currently THE dominant entertainment industry in the world, bigger than the movie & music industries. So it baffles me to see that Nvidia is seemingly completely abandoning this industry for AI. How much more money can AI really bring compared to gaming?

There's this old saying "Don't hate the player, hate the game." Well, if we're talking about corrupt systems, then fuck both the game and its players!

Any tips for debugging an iPhone 2G hardware problem? I think the display is not working. The mainboard draws power, responds to the power button (draws about 250mA, goes down to 100mA after boot and sometimes down to 20mA), so I guess that one's fine.

I've been seeing reports of the owner of Anduril making a video game console... first of all, why?? And second of all, I *really* wish the US doesn't shove its army where it doesn't belong (Venezuela + all the ME wars), and didn't help any fascist regimes perpetuate their evil (Russia and Israel)...

fun fact: TERF (trans-exclusionary radical feminist) sounds like a lot like the romanian language word "târfă". I can kind of see the resemblence actually (the word translates to "hussy")

I managed to revive an iPad 1st gen's battery for free! Now it boots up and seems to charge just fine!

Sadly I broke the screen while reassembling it though because I fucked up and thought the reassembly ends at the right side instead of at the left side. Bummer.

Has anyone simulated a battery before with a constant voltage source? I got my hands on a partially broken iPhone 2G/1st gen and the battery inside swole up when I plugged it in, so I had to discard it. Can I simulate a battery using a power supply?

Update: 2 A presses saved in Course 10 (getting onto the platform is possible in 1.5x instead of 2x). The total now is 31
it turns out the minimum amount of A presses I was able to conjure up a strat for (without using insane glitches) to beat Gamma64 in is 33 A presses.

I apologize in advance. I am going to release an open source project in an unfinished state. Typically I don't do that, especially not for this genre of app. It'll release as soon as I have time to breathe a little bit.

Now that PCs are becoming ungodly expensive (RAM price hikes because of AI demand, GPU price hikes because of the same thing, and CPU price hikes because AMD is greedy), I think it's now more important than ever to Make Your Shit work on Old Shit

I learned an important lesson today. Generative AI is cursed with reverse Midas' Touch: everything it touches turns to shit

It turns out today was actually fucked. And it's partly my fault

I guess I figured out when the follow button shows up on posts inside the bluesky mobile webapp. It's when their profile isn't marked as "sign-in only"
