Probably my last year using maya indie
It started going up $20-$30 every year, and now its unaffordable. It went from $260/yr to $300 and it has fucking tax on it too?? It cost me $345! Tax on a digital item is disgusting!

For gamers who aren't in game dev, you should know that we are in one of the worst periods in game dev history in terms of industry stability and the reason you're not seeing that play out through products is because the average development window of games is 3-7 years so it hasn't reached you yet.

Damn, that's the last dragon age. And that mass effect in development rn may not even come out now. All that development is either going overseas or the companies are shutting down. Either way, another blow to the US game industry.
