The Democratic Party needs to look at it's failures and move forward. We're still trying to reach voters that aren't there instead of working to meet the needs of the people that are there.

I find step 2 extremely alarming: it is in-itself unconstitutional even as it searches for unConstitutionalities. Lawyers working for the President, rooting around to search for things, is not a check or balance set forth in the Constitution, an d we already have an inspection process.

So many people do not understand that we spend a larger percentage of America's budget on corporate welfare (for companies making record profits) than we ever spend on public welfare for our citizens.
Blaming the vulnerable is disgusting; blame those who thrive while pointing at the vulnerable.
