I see myself as an atheist but I see a lot of new Atheist types blaming wars on religion without having good historical understanding of different conflicts in history. I think a lot of atheist should get better understanding of history and religion.
It is good to be atheist. It actively improves your engagement with and understanding of the world.
The small reactionary section of atheists is elevated and blown out of proportion because they are aligned with the bourgeoisie. The vast majority of “nones” are vastly more progressive / left leaning in their politics than any other group. “Nones” are now 30% of the population.

Listening to communist audiobooks is making me more and more annoyed with Democrats.

Episode 2 of Witcher Season 4. Better than the last which was also a good episode. Hemsralt has this tenderness to Geralt that is just... fucking perfect. Fishburne's also an amazing Regis. I love the cadence of his delivery, it's mesmerizing.

I'm just genuinely surprised the show seems to have found its footing. From other redditors, each episode this season is better than the last so we shall see. It's a good start though. I was surprised that I wasn't experiencing bored or annoyance. I was always pleasantly surprised.

Hemsralt feels like the sensitive Geralt I came to love from Witcher 3. Ciri is finally feeling like Ciri. Yennefer has always had the strongest characterization of the trio. Some dialogue in her storyline felt generic as hell though.

Watched the first episode of Witcher season 4 and it was...good actually?
My husband and I felt like season 3 was a downgrade. Felt like a cold adaptation with no emotion behind it. Just a series of "and thens". But I'm feeling compassion for the characters again.

I’ve been thinking about how hard the founding fathers cooked with the Third Amendment.

Scent is the one I'm most excited about.
I'll stream the music but I'm not going to buy this album while it has AI art. I'll also have to keep my ear out for any AI music tells.

I'm just ranting to the ether now but this genuinely sucks. I told myself, at least there's the older XLOV songs I can enjoy but now I can't because that AI question is in my head now. It's so easy to just not use something. Sigh.
