"Can you shut up for a second?"

Goobu took a deep breath. A long one.
But Fred didn’t get the hint.

Sometimes, a random chat changes everything…
even when all you wanted was to fish.

🎣 A Day at the Lake — VN short, funny, heartfelt.

Not every story needs big twists.
Sometimes what matters is how it stays with you in everyday moments.

A closed ending isn’t always the best one.
Some stories stay open, and that’s where their strength lies.

Memory doesn’t only hold on to happy stories.
Sometimes what sticks with you most is what made you think.

No game is just for passing the time.
There’s always something that leaves a mark, even if it’s deep down.

Sometimes a single choice can shift the entire tone of a story.
Do you remember a decision in a game that really caught you off guard?
December 4, 2025 at 6:01 PM
The start of a story rarely hints at what’s going to hurt or surprise you.
The real thing is sticking around until the end.

How many times has a story made you change your mind about a character?
Sometimes it’s not the twist that matters, but the way you look at them.

A character can have a thousand versions in the mind of each player.
That’s part of the game. What you don’t see still matters.

Not everyone looks for the same thing in a story.
Some just want to pass the time. Others are hoping for something that stays with them.
What about you?

Not every path in a game leads to the same place.
Sometimes choosing differently means discovering something you didn’t expect.

Most stories are remembered for how they made you feel, not just what they told.
What emotion did your favorite game leave you with?
November 20, 2025 at 6:01 PM
Some games make you laugh, others make you think.
And some somehow manage to do both at once.
November 18, 2025 at 5:07 PM
Sometimes, choosing what not to tell is just as important as deciding what does make it into the game.

A character can say a lot without words.
A glance, a gesture, a pause… it all adds to the story.
November 14, 2025 at 7:12 PM
Not everything that changes a story is obvious at first.
Sometimes it’s just one small decision that leaves a mark.

Not every key moment is a big ending.
Some scenes stay with you just because they’re simple.

The little details build the story.
Have you ever noticed what’s happening in the background while everything else moves forward?

Empathy can’t be programmed. It’s something you feel.
A game is worth it when it connects with you, even in silence.
November 5, 2025 at 1:57 PM
It doesn’t take something big to make an impact.
Sometimes, it’s the silence between scenes that stays with you.

Cool, but since 2019 you can do this on any platform using Retroarch's AI translation - it just overlays instead of using a 2nd screen.

And on desktop there's tons of options, like MORT, Visual Novel Reader, Universal Game Translator, etc...

Again, it's cool, but you can do this right now for free
