Really useful advice. Has anyone done a medics starter pack?
It works, with some provisos:
- Follow 200+ (there's no algorithm, so it'll feel lonely until you do)
- Use "Starter Packs" provided by your favourite follows
- interact lots at first
- block frequently and on sight. The block feature here is nuclear, and employing it keeps things clean & pleasant
