Children and young people with no positive attitudes are less likely to be active than those with one positive attitude. Those with three or four positive attitudes are the most likely to be active.

More than two million people have now played Beat the Street. So we asked, does playing before matter?

After analysing two games in 2023 and 2025, we found that it does have an affect on your activity levels after you've played.

Just simply walking can do wonders for your health 🚶‍♀️‍➡️

This study by @harvard.edu, reported in @theguardian.com demonstrates how just 4,000 steps a week can provide a whole load of benefits to people in their 60s and 70s 🚶‍♂️
