At a trauma conference at the moment, learning about new ways to help traumatized people...in a week where there has been so much grief, loss, and trauma. What a week to be a trauma specialist. You're not alone, and you are loved.

I thought about going out, and then decided to relax in bed instead. It was the right choice tonight.

Sometimes, I worry I have too many dreams, and then I remember that I'm moving in a direction that works for me, and it just happens to have several projects involved. What are you currently working towards?

Yes. Many of my posts will include a cute picture of my (or a friend's) dog, because animals help our mental health, and mine is lifted up by almost exclusively by canines.

You're not behind. You are right on time with where you're at in your life journey. At least, that's what I tell myself.
