I quietly graduated college a few weeks ago—just a design degree, didn’t walk, haven’t told anyone until now. Growing up an orphan meant stability wasn't a thing, so my path was anything but straight. Took 16 years & 6 programs, but I finally made it. Felt right to say it, even just here to nobody.

I'm using OpenAi API to create a chat for my clients to simulate conversations and practice user objections. I'll pull from real questions on Quora, Reddit, and forums. I'll use the data to help them improve their tone and voice and also capture how they speak to people. Good stuff for copywriting

I'm doing some research for some blog articles on routines and neurodiversity using Google AI Studio (excellent research tool)

I've reinforced my conclusion that: Freud was right, It's our parents fault. It always has been.

It's a Christmas Eve tradition to watch the greatest orphan story ever told. Ten years and ten viewings later, the magic still holds!

I’m one class from finishing my degree—15 years off and on. Turns out design was always my thing. The moment I stopped following what others wanted and trusted myself, everything clicked. Follow your passions.

This is your reminder that just because you can ship with USPS, doesn't mean you should. This was 1 business day shipping from Chicago to St. Louis. Still hasn't been delivered🥲

Since 2009, I’ve attended 6 colleges, changed degrees 5 times, and earned over 300 credit hours—without a degree. But I finally found my passion: solving user problems in digital spaces. With just 1 class left, that story will change. Keep going, find your path, and surround yourself with support!

Great breakdown of the league's evolution & how the Mavs are thriving with it!
December 6, 2024 at 2:15 PM
I really hope the Mavs' size shows up tonight. As Iztok points out below, the Mavs could use their pace and energy to push a 7-8 man, top-heavy rotation to its limits. This year's Mavs have shown how smothering that energy from guys like PJ and Naji can be.

Subscribe to Iztok's game breakdowns!
Mavs-Knicks preview dispatched to mailboxes!

A lot of interesting storylines in there. Including Dallas facing demons of defending vs 5-Out offenses, against the best NBA offense and best pick-and-roll duo in Brunson & Towns.

Neurodivergent fam: let’s educate, not gatekeep. Celebrating our unique traits and sharing accurate info builds true understanding. Social media myths harm us all—let’s uplift neurodiversity with meaningful conversations. The media won't do it, and your government for sure won't do it. It's on us.

Your parents' behaviors shaped you, often unintentionally. Acknowledging this isn’t blame—it’s clarity. Building emotional skills in kids today paves the way for resilient adults tomorrow. Prioritize emotional health early. This book is a great read. 10/10 #EmotionalGrowth #MentalHealthAwareness

Smoking a chuck roast with the RFX from ThermoWorks. This thing is solid. It feels so nice having a stable connection to your probe through the whole cook. Meater, take notes.

Design friends, I'm struggling with creative ideas for a mobile menu button! I want something playful for a play therapist’s site targeting parents of kids but worry users won’t recognize it as the menu. How have you approached this? How did you make sure it was intuitive?

Good morning! Mavs-Pelicans observations just dispatched to mailboxes

Mavs win 3 in a row for the first time this season, climb above .500. So, of course I had fun making notes even in a blowout win against the patchwork Pelicans.

Sometimes I wonder what motivates non-coffee drinkers to get out of bed.

Probably some sort of pulley system.

Always the best pre and post Mavs coverage from Iztok! We are spoiled as MFFL's with amazing creators and journalists.
With everything New Orleans is going through, my Mavs-Pelicans preview really should’ve just stopped after the subtitle: 'Don’t forget about Utah.'

Couldn’t help myself, though—still put together a quick preview for diehard #MFFL 😂

What about tech bros running 'mental health' startups that exploit the community for profit? They force meds, underpay therapists, and create revolving-door workplaces. These companies turn struggles into revenue streams, harming care and undermining the true purpose of mental health support.

Finishing my design degree, I’ve realized the industry is overloaded with unnecessary steps that inflate costs. Designers end up billing for low-impact tasks, pricing out clients on tight budgets. With AI tools simplifying things, it’s clear: sometimes less really is more.
