The Simpsons were one of those secular Christian families. Neither of my parents believed in god, and I don’t either. My spouse grew up Lutheran but has been an atheist their whole adult life.

What if, at this is just spitballing, you tried to destroy the Republican Party instead, instead of trying to hand it all the power?
This whole argument seems to be about a world where the Democratic Party collapses and a new party arises that “focuses on labor rights” so both sides of this are a little dumb because the US doesn’t have issue parties. This isn’t Czechia.
