A modified CAR-iNKT therapy that targets two markers (CD19 + CD133) eliminated a high-risk childhood leukaemia in mice, outperforming standard CAR-T therapy. 💉

This is a step toward more efficient treatments for children with leukaemia.👇

Researchers from the @babrahaminst.bsky.social and Imperial have found that the lungs can generate good-quality B cell responses.

They administered an inflammatory agent to mice through the nose and observed their immune response in the lungs.
