The sanctioned Russia-flagged vessel Sv. Nikolay quietly docked at the Algerian port of Anaba near the coal terminal, waiting to be unloaded; Kyiv was able to get the White House to agree not to consider past military aid as part of the minerals deal; and more.

It was painful to learn that Russians killed Ukrainian journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna in captivity. But what's beyond horrifying is how they did it.
Her body was returned to Ukraine showing signs of torture — and missing some organs, the group of Ukrainian and international reporters investigated.

The easiest way to end this war would be to pressure Russia to pull its troops out of Ukraine, kick the invader out. But based on their actions, the Trump administration seems to want to end the war on Russia’s terms, ironically setting the stage for World War III.

By asking Zelensky to resign, it looks like US officials aren't even hiding the fact that they spit on Ukrainians and their votes. Where does this come from? Russia. Putin is still dreaming that he can install his puppet in Ukraine.

Fragments of a Russian drone with an explosive device were found near the Moldova border in Romania.

It was safely detonated on-site to protect the local population, the Romanian Ministry of Defense said on March 1.

In 2024 alone, Russia seized 3,600 km² of Ukrainian territory. This is more than the size of Rhode Island or Luxembourg + Monaco.
In February, Russia took control of 191 km² of Ukrainian territory — more than the entire territory of Liechtenstein.

There’s no better way to support Ukraine now than donating to its defense. My brother has been struggling to close his fundraising for the 1st assault battalion (Da Vinci), and he’d be grateful for each cent. Link below 🌻

Neither Trump nor Putin have learned from history or understood who Ukrainians are. They don’t accept humiliation; they choose dignity and freedom over being used, bullied, enslaved, or living in disgrace. They can’t just give up on what generations have fought for in Ukraine.

Russia attacks Kyiv literally every night, and I have a feeling that it even intensified its attacks since Trump synchronized his voice with Putin. Here’s the sound of our air defense and me hiding in the bathroom because it was really loud. I hear the drone from my room.

One thing that both Putin and Trump still don’t get about Ukrainians is that the harder you push and bully them, the quicker they’ll come together and stand up to you— and most likely hit back.

The good thing about Putin’s ideologists and puppets is that they’re not very smart to be subtle, and mostly, openly speak about Russia’s intentions. So, dear Europeans, check what they say, and do the opposite

Putin has such «a good will », as Trump said, to end the war that he bombed Kyiv with ballistic missiles at 4:30 am again. I woke up to heavy explosions and ran straight to the shelter outside in -10. There are killed and injured, including a 9 y.o. girl. What a step towards a peace deal, indeed

When you think Russian opposition media isn't worth your time, but then they produce this, exploiting images of destruction and grief caused by Russia in Ukraine for their own purposes… That’s how low they can go
It’s worth noting that Meduza is at least partially crowdfunded, raising concerns about the ethics of using sensitive images of Ukrainian victims of the Russian invasion to support a Russian media outlet.

My uncle was killed by Russians in Kurakhove. His body is one the way home. Mykhailo was a driver of an armored vehicle, taking soldiers around the battlefield, so his body was half outside, targeted by drones multiple times. Everyone inside survived. RIP, Hero.

It’s not a movie; it’s a reality when Russia is your neighbor. These videos were taken by head and employees of Tut.bude cafe in central Kyiv, when Russia attacked with ballistic missiles this morning. Their cafe was damaged but treated emergency workers and neighbors with coffee.

Last month, I was looking at an apartment for rent right next to the cathedral. I thought ‘at least it would be safe since it's in the city center’. Something told me to keep searching. And today, Russia once again reminded us that nowhere is safe. We are the targets. #Kyiv

This morning, Russia attacked Ukraine with 94 ballistic and cruise missiles and 193 drones (yes, you read it right). Ukraine’s critical infrastructure is damaged again.
5 of Ukraine’s 9 operating nuclear reactor units have reduced power output, the IAEA reported.

The last few nights in Kyiv have been so quiet that it's making some of us anxious. Due to the curfew, there's an eerie silence outside—at least in the city center. Usually, you sleep well until you wake up to the air raid siren, or to explosions, and start checking what’s coming— drones or missiles
