Ooh, this is such a wonderful museum, and the exhibit looks tantalizing. Can I get there by December 31?

Uh oh.
And this whopping new $100K fee is on top of the many hundreds of dollars in application fees employers already pay to get help they can't find here.
My dad came to this country because we needed more doctors. He worked in the Bronx, in Detroit, in Houston where I was born, and then in Little Rock helping to start the Arkansas Cancer Research Center, still one of the to places for his particular specialty. (1/?)
