The final piece of advice I would like to give to new folks tonight is that Bluesky will be what you make of it. When I came over from the former Twitter, I resolved to be more kind to others here than I was over there. That choice has made being here so much better. Keep it in mind for yourself.

Newspapers and other sources of news mostly moved to a national setup instead local and investigative reporting. That's a big prob, too.
